In-house QC lab
Four gates, zero shortcuts
Quality is a process, not a department. Every order passes through four documented control gates — from incoming components to the container door.
IQC — Incoming
Components and cells inspected against spec before they touch the line. Rejected lots never enter production.
IPQC — In-process
First-article approval plus roaming checks at every station, with rework loops closed the same shift.
FQC — Final
100% functional test and full-load burn-in for power products, plus AQL sampling on cosmetics and packaging.
OQC — Outgoing
Pre-shipment inspection by an independent QC team — the last eyes on your goods before they ship.
Traceability
If there’s ever a question, we can answer it
Every production batch is traceable to its component lots, test records and shipment. Third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas) are welcome at any stage — we work with your QC team, not around them.
