QC Process

Quality engineered in, not inspected in

Our quality system follows every production release from incoming material to finished goods. Every batch is traceable; every gate has a documented standard.

IQC — Incoming Quality Control

All key components (cells, PCBs, ICs, housings) are inspected against approved specifications before entering production. Suppliers are scored quarterly; underperforming lots trigger corrective action reports.

IPQC — In-Process Quality Control

  • SMT: solder paste inspection (SPI) and automated optical inspection (AOI) on every panel
  • Assembly: line-side checks at each station with first-article approval
  • Function test: 100% electrical test for charging products before aging

OQC — Outgoing Quality Control

Finished goods are sampled to AQL 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.5 (critical / major / minor) before packing. Power products complete 100% full-load burn-in aging to catch early failures before they reach your customers.

Test lab

Our in-house lab runs safety, EMC pre-scan, environmental (temperature/humidity/vibration), drop and cable bend-life testing, so certification surprises are caught before formal lab submission.

Traceability

Batch-level traceability links every shipped unit to its component lots, test records and production date — the basis for fast, honest failure analysis if anything ever goes wrong.
